1. How long is delivery?
Generally, we can make your goods and dispatch within 72 hours, stock allowing. Stocks can be checked by emailing wholesaleflooring@btinternet.com

2. Can I receive a sample?
Yes, just let us know your address and the names of up to 4 samples, and we will mail them free of charge.

3. Can I use the special offer stair runners to fit winding stairs?
Yes. All our plain runners with borders can be used to fit winding stairs. Instruction is provided as part of the service, when you decide to buy a runner.

4. Can I buy a piece of carpet for my landing, to match my runner?
Yes. Just email the maximum length and width you require and we will email you back with a quotation from wholesaleflooring@btinternet.com

5. Can I track the shipment of my runner?
Yes. Normally, you can start tracking your runner after 72 hours. Just email wholesaleflooring@btinternet.com for the tracking details.

6. Is fitting available?
Yes, we offer fitting services in most of the South and home counties. Just email wholesaleflooring@btinternet.com to find out if we have a fitter in your area. We also offer free advice to all our clients who prefer to do the fitting themselves.

7. What happens if I'm not in when the delivery arrives?
Couriers are normally resourceful and will try asking your neighbor. If that fails, they put a card through your door. You can then either pick up from a local depot or arrange a new delivery at a time of your convenience.
