Terms and Conditions

1. It is the purchasor's responsiblity to ensure the safety of the product and its fitting before using it. The vendor accepts no liability for any accident occurring during its use.

2. Any faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

3. Stair Runners are bespoke goods. Your selected border will be fitted to your selected runner. In the event that you wish to exchange the runner, there will be a small charge of $100 which covers the new outgoing postage and additional stitching and administration.
